Resources

To support your wellbeing and empower self-management.

On this page you will find a range of books and resources which you may find useful to help you cope, understand and navigate your experiences of illness, caring or bereavement.

All of these resources have been reviewed by our Haven Practitioners and have been beneficial to a number of current and previous Haven clients.

If you have any questions regarding specific resources which may best support your or a loved one's induvial needs and circumstances please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Our Practitioners are happy to offer support and guidance in this matter.
